      Once we have received your booking form we will confirm your attendance and send you regular emails up until the date of the event. If you have any questions, please call us on 01992 374100.       Your attendance at our events is free of charge; however, due to the fact that we restrict the number of attendees, a cancellation fee of £500 will apply should you cancel from 08/06/2019 and your organisation does not provide a suitable replacement. Your information will be shared with the relevant suppliers attending this event.
