Hotel TwentySeven, in the heart of Amsterdam at Dam Square, opposite the Royal Palace, will open end of October this year. Toren’s crème de la crème team consists of two-star Michelin master chef Pascal Jalhay, the world’s best wine taster and sommelier Lendl Mijnhijmer, renowned architects, designers, the finest staff in hospitality and more.
