Hansgrohe has had a great end to 2017 after scooping a hat-trick of awards. Winning three prestigious awards within the bathroom industry including; Star Product of the Year at the 2017 ek&bbusiness Awards, Silver for the Best Bathroom product at the House Beautiful Awards and the “Innovation in Design Collaboration” award for AXOR Uno at the Designer Kitchen and Bathroom ceremony held last month.

ek&business Awards
The ek&business Awards were held on 30th November at a stunning festive ceremony at The Brewery in London – Hansgrohe won the Star Product Bathrooms category with the AXOR ShowerHeaven 1200/300 4jet.

House Beautiful Awards
Hansgrohe was delighted to receive the Silver Award for The Best Bathroom with the AXOR – Uno Basin Mixer at the prestigious House Beautiful Awards held at IET London, Savoy Place. The House Beautiful Awards are judged by an independent panel of journalists and designers who select the leading products for 2017; that celebrate the very best in homes and interiors.

The Designer Awards
Hansgrohe won in the Innovation in Design Collaboration category at the 15th Annual 2017 Designer Kitchen and Bathroom Awards with AXOR Uno. Around 400 professionals from the kitchen and bathroom industry, came together to celebrate excellence in professional residential design and innovation in new product design. Seven experienced and highly respected judges recognised the collections’ timeless design merits, high quality materials and innovation. Strictly star Claudia Winkleman presented the award to Martin Mongan, Managing Director Hansgrohe UK; “We are delighted to have been recognised not once but three times by our peers in the bathroom industry for our excellent style, innovative design and outstanding quality.”

Axor Uno
AXOR Uno follows the uncompromising design principles of the original Purist movement with consistent construction: two precisely shaped cylinders joined together at a right angle. The spouts and handles are available in radical or gently rounded versions. The precise contours and the raised proportions in the golden ratio of the taps are their defining stylistic features, lending them a special aura and giving them a sleek and elegant look in any setting. Special surface finishes impart added radiance to the collection, which comprises over 70 products for washbasins, showers and bathtubs.

ShowerHeaven
Showering in a new dimension of radiant beauty: the AXOR ShowerHeaven is an impressive overhead shower with a 1.2 metre long and 30 centimetre wide generous, plane surface of high-quality metal. Its four retractable “wings” and integrated ambient lighting, not only make it a fabulous stage for water, but also create a new archetype in the shower. Three jet types guarantee a luxurious showering experience: the concentrated mono jet in the middle, the expansive rain jet, and the body jets with their unique PowderRain spray. A relaxing massage spray, a soothing rain shower, or a gentle drizzle: the AXOR ShowerHeaven 1200 allows users to shower using each jet type individually, or all three in unison – a spectacular sensory experience.
