Bringing more than 21 years of experience in hospitality, Murray Scott joins The Standard, London following a successful tenure as General Manager at The Hoxton Holborn, having previously led The Hoxton Shoreditch.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions across some of the industry’s leading lifestyle hotel brands, including NH Hotel Group, Bankside Autograph Collection, London Marriott Grosvenor Square, Park Tower Knightsbridge and Sheraton Grand Edinburgh. Renowned for his people-first leadership style, operational expertise and passion for exceptional guest experiences, Scott is ideally placed to lead The Standard, London.

Scott’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for The Standard, London, as the hotel continues to strengthen its position as one of the capital’s most influential lifestyle destinations. Since opening, the hotel has become renowned for its bold design, vibrant restaurants and bars, cultural programming and distinctive approach to hospitality, welcoming both Londoners and international guests through its doors.
