Premier Inn has signed a deal with international property company Grosvenor to build a new 186-room hotel in Liverpool, UK.The hotel will be situated in the new Liverpool One Hanover Street development and will cost £12m to complete. The total size of the site will measure more than 30,000sqm and is expected to take 15 months to build with an opening in autumn 2012.

By adding a new hotel at Liverpool One, we can be part of this exciting regeneration story and ensure that, as well as having hotels in the business centre (Vernon Street) and entertainment centre (Albert Dock), we will now also have one in the heart of the city’s retail centre.”
In addition to its city centre trio of hotels, Premier Inn also has hotels at John Lennon Airport and at city fringe locations including Liverpool North (Bootle), Rainhill, Roby, Tarbock and West Derby.
