H10 Hotels, one of the leading boutique hotel chains in Spain has opened the doors of its first UK location. The H10 London Waterloo is located on Waterloo Road, and boasts views of the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye.

The décor combines avant-garde European functionalism with a very British style. The hotel has been built to the highest levels of quality and comfort, with large windows which flood the hotel with natural light.

Designed the interior designer Pedro Peña, it offers 144 standard rooms, 32 deluxe rooms and the exclusive Waterloo suite.

Each room is equipped with an LCD TV with all major international channels, free Wi-Fi connection, and intelligent temperature control and media hub with iPod and PC connection.

The hotel also features an open-plan bar, the Circus Bar, and the Three O Two restaurant which offers a delicious combination of Mediterranean specialties and international cuisine, with unrivalled views across Waterloo Road.

The H10 London Waterloo’s central location and stylish décor also make it the ideal meeting or conference venue. It has four spacious meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 50 people and are equipped with the latest audio-visual technology.

The opening of the H10 London Waterloo is part of the chain’s expansion into major European cities. The first hotel in Europe outside of Spain, H10 Roma Città, opened in 2008 and the H10 Berlin Ku’Damm is scheduled to launch in the last quarter of 2010.
