Manchester’s first ever luxury serviced apartments, CitySuites, opened its doors on Wednesday 1 February, as VIP guests made their first move into the exclusive new accommodation in the heart of the city. Unlike anything else that exists in Manchester, the serviced apartment offering sees the city upping its game as a centre for business and tourism.

Headed up by newly appointed Operations Director, Gavin Bailey, the new luxury serviced apartments offer a new concept to Manchester; delivering first class facilities and an unparalleled customer experience for its visitors – a clientele of business travellers and high profile celebrities.

CitySuites will deliver quality and exceptional customer service across all aspects of a stay away in Manchester, with Gavin leading the team using his vast experience in customer-facing roles within both CitySuites’ parent Group, Select Property Group, and posts at luxury brands Ferrari and Porsche.

Speaking about the launch and his new appointment, Gavin commented: “CitySuites will revolutionise Manchester’s business travel scene and I’m looking forward to being the driving force of its operations. We are the only luxury serviced apartment offering in the city that provides properties that are more liveable than hotels, more personal than existing serviced apartments and more desirable than any other business travel option on the market.

“We have had an intense training schedule in the weeks leading up to our launch and I am delighted to be opening the doors and welcoming our first guests into their new home from home.”

CitySuites’ flagship 17-storey Manchester site boasts 237 self-contained apartments – a range of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments. This unique brand offers a superior level of service than is found in any other serviced apartment with pricing more affordable than 4-5* hotels. Guests are able to stay on a short-term basis, from as little as a week, with options up to 12-months and beyond, and can enjoy facilities including a dedicated valet and concierge service, a 24-hour reception, 24-hour gym, valet parking, 18-metre swimming pool and spa pool.
