Hilton Worldwide’s Hampton by Hilton brand, the global mid-priced hotel that serves value-conscious and quality-driven travelers around the world, today announced the opening of its newest property, Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam Centre East. The property, offering 75 guestrooms, is managed by WIN Hotels and joins the Hampton by Hilton family of more than 2,100 Hampton by Hilton, Hampton Inn by Hilton and Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton hotels worldwide, and joins a further seven Hilton Worldwide properties in Amsterdam.

Located 15 miles from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam Centre East is in the perfect location to explore this adventurous city. The NL Times recently reported that Amsterdam is one of the most visited cities in Europe and is expected to remain as one, as the Netherlands’ tourism numbers continue to grow.

Phil Cordell, global head, focused service and Hampton by Hilton brand management, Hilton Worldwide said, “We are excited to introduce our second Hampton by Hilton property to this famous city as Hilton Worldwide continues to demonstrate strong growth in the region. Amsterdam has so much to offer including museums, festivals and historical architecture. We look forward to providing our guests with all of our signature services and amenities they will need for a relaxing stay in the city.”

Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam Centre East provides guests with the brand’s signature hot breakfast included with all rates, a complimentary fitness room open 24 hours a day, a 24-hour convenience hub with a selection of snacks and drinks, all backed by Hampton by Hilton’s Satisfaction Guarantee. Guest rooms also include a 40-inch HDTV and large work station.

“We are delighted to welcome guests to our new hotel,” said Benny Luitjens, general manager. “Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam Centre East is based in a beautifully vibrant city that holds a rich culture and history and is the perfect base for families wanting to explore the city. Guests can take a stroll round the 165 canals and dive into art in the many world class museums. Also close by to the hotel is the Artis Zoo and NEMO science center, both perfect for family days out.”

Hampton by Hilton team members proudly exhibit a unique culture described as Hamptonality. The term describes each hotel’s approach to friendly customer service, anticipation of guests’ needs and providing travelers with helpful suggestions about area attractions, historical facts and fun things to do around town. Additionally, hotels are infused with local photography and artwork, highlighting each property’s connection and support to its own community.

Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam Centre East participates in Hilton HHonors®, the only hotel loyalty programme that allows members to earn Points & Miles® on the same stay and No Blackout Dates on reward stays. HHonors members always get the lowest price, along with HHonors Points, digital check-in and no booking fees only when they book directly through Hilton.
