Joining the firm’s studios in Athens and Toronto, the new London office represents the latest chapter in Elastic’s international growth, strengthening its presence in one of the world’s leading centers for architecture, design and luxury hospitality.
The Mayfair studio will support Elastic’s growing portfolio of luxury hospitality, residential and mixed-use projects across the United Kingdom, Europe and international markets, while working closely with the firm’s teams in Athens and Toronto to serve its expanding global client base.

Dimos Giorgou brings nearly two decades of experience delivering award-winning luxury hospitality and residential projects. Prior to joining Elastic, he held senior leadership positions at Tara Bernerd & Partners and Reardon Smith Architects, where he led high-profile international commissions for some of the world’s most respected hospitality brands, including Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, Fairmont, Six Senses and Marriott International.
