The second island from .Here Baa Atoll completes a two-island concept of just nine residences, with Nowhere offering two vast residences, designed by Christopher Chua of KulörGroup, to be reserved as one private world…
.Here Baa Atoll Maldives has announced the opening of Nowhere Private Island, the second private island of .Here. It completes a two-island concept that redefines ultra-luxury hospitality in the Maldives through scale, silence and space. Located within the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Baa Atoll, Nowhere joins Somewhere, which opened in December 2025, to realise .Here’s vision of luxury defined not by excess, but by presence.
The two islands comprise just nine private residences, creating one of the smallest and most exclusive resort offerings in the Maldives. Somewhere was conceived for gathering, connection and shared experience. Nowhere is a more secluded expression of the concept: an entire private island devoted to only two residences, designed to be reserved as a single, fully private world. Together they embody .Here’s “Art of Duality” concept, the freedom to embrace vibrant connection or complete seclusion, to do everything at once or nothing at all.
Nowhere is home to two residences defined by generous scale and complete privacy. The five-bedroom Presidential Residence spans more than 25,800 square feet, while the three-bedroom Overwater Residence offers over 10,000 square feet of living space. The island is designed for fully self-contained living, with a private cinema, fitness studio, steam and sauna facilities, and the exclusive Fehi Wellness couples treatment room.
At the heart of Nowhere is a philosophy of quiet grandeur. Singapore-based architect Christopher Chua of KulörGroup has created expansive volumes, refined proportions and uninterrupted horizons, with architecture expressed through clarity and restraint so that the landscape becomes the focal point. Interiors by Inge Moore and Muza Lab draw on natural materials, soft tonal palettes and layered textures inspired by the surroundings.
Environmental responsibility has informed the development from the outset. Material selection, building placement and architectural scale were guided by a commitment to preserving the island’s ecosystem, with every design decision made to enhance rather than overwhelm the natural environment.

At SAFAR Bar, handcrafted cocktails draw on journeys, spices and distant destinations. Bespoke private dining can be arranged on secluded sandbanks, private terraces or within each residence, and every stay includes 24-hour in-residence dining supported by a dedicated private chef and mixology service.
Fehi Wellness on Nowhere offers bespoke treatments and personalised wellness programmes, with a couples treatment room and yoga chamber accessible only to those staying on the island. Service is anchored by a dedicated one-to-one Roohu butler.
Although designed around complete seclusion, .Here remains connected to the wider destination.
