Get ready for the new-look Hotel Summit taking place in April 2025
Following a successful event in Wales this May, Hotel Summit, the acclaimed industry event responsible for bringing together hoteliers and suppliers, is preparing for its return in 2025…
For more than two decades, Hotel Summit has been bringing together senior hospitality professionals with key-industry suppliers for a series of one-to-one meetings, exclusive networking opportunities and premium seminar programmes.
Taking place a little earlier in the year than usual, the 2025 event will happen on 24th April with a return to the capital, at London’s inimitable Grand Connaught Rooms, in the heart of the city.
As an industry first, Hotel Summit will be partnering directly with Hotel Designs’ annual event, MEET UP London, with the latter taking place immediately after the Hotel Summit daytime event.
The eagle-eyed among you will realise this means a format change to the usual two-day Summit. This follows our events team’s care and attention to providing guests with the best experience possible, and having taken on board feedback from the 2024 event.
As usual, there will be one-on-one meetings pre-bookable and designed to give visitors the most from the unique networking opportunities available. A smaller programme of talks will be curated with the best speakers and most relevant topics for the hotel industry, while the addition of hosted roundtable sessions will bring a new layer of idea generation and discussion to the day.
Roundtables will be divided into a number of different topics, which delegates will be able to select from during the booking process. Please note though, the roundtables will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Once each table is at capacity, it will no longer be an available booking option – so don’t wait to book your slot!
Following the day’s events, guests are invited to attend MEET UP London, which will be taking place next door to the Grand Connaught Rooms at Sway Bar – a vibrant cocktail bar with an inviting atmosphere. A great opportunity to continue your conversations from the daytime event over evening drinks, MEET UP London is a social occasion designed to bring the design community together with hoteliers and suppliers (and this year was a sell-out success attracting more than 350 attendees!).
