The world’s biggest JW Marriott hotel, and Texas’ first, has opened in San Antonio, US – the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort.Remaining true to the essential nature of the Texas Hill Country and nearby San Antonio the guestrooms have incorporated metals, tooled leather, carved wood, and hewn stonework into the contemporary design of 1002 rooms including 85 suites.
Each room has been appointed with furniture rich in texture and the vibrant colors of the sunset. The rooms also have scenic views for guests to enjoy.
The hotel features a 36 hole golf course, a spa, seven restaurants, two ballrooms, an events hall, three outdoor venues, meeting space and six acres of pools and fountains.
The spa is 8,000sqm in size and has 30 treatment rooms, including two couples suites with fireplaces.
Each restaurant and lounge features cocktails, and beverages with a focus on fresh, sustainable, and organic ingredients.
JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort will offer the largest convention and meeting space in the area with over 42,500sqm of area.
