Working alongside Rare architecture & design, Philip Cowan interiors are to make, supply and install curtains, voiles, roller blinds and bed-end throws for the east London refurbishment. The property will offer a range of hotel bedrooms and apartments along with a unique restaurant ‘Viajante’, bar, leisure facilities and conference & banqueting rooms.
The hotel is situated in Patriots Square, Bethnal Green. Besides being the headquarters of the pre-1965 Metropolitan Borough, this was also, for a time, Tower Hamlets town hall, until the borough quasi-decentralised itself in the 1980s.
The Town Hall Hotel & Apartments is due to open later this month.
