The elegant Pure modular sofa system from The Modern Garden Company has been given an ecological makeover.Traditionally Pure has been made in plantation Teak but with the diminishing supplies of teak it is a material that is losing favour in the exterior design world, so manufacturers Tribu have risen to the challenge to produce a lacquered timber version.

Using Indonesian plantation mahogany, the wood is protected by an ecologically friendly water-soluble solvent free lacquer in a delicate off-white hue.

Applied in several layers to give full protection and create a natural patina that can be easily maintained to keep the furniture looking fresh and vibrant.
