The Nolitan hotel, boutique accommodation in New York City, is scheduled to open its doors sometime during the middle of this year, after a delay of a few months. The hotel is to feature 55 luxury rooms, as well as a restaurant that will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Nolitan will also have a rooftop lounge, private terraces and decks and a sidewalk restaurant service. Inside the rooms there will be 37-inch flatscreen televisions and complimentary WiFi access.

The Nolitan was designed by the architectural team Grzywinski+Pons, a LEED accredited firm that has made sure sustainability was a key aspect to the design.

The Nolitan interiors are the work of interior design firm Meyer Davis, a New York company that has previously designed well-known restaurants and retail outlets.
