Louvre Hotels Group announces the opening of the new Golden Tulip Miedzyzdroje Residence in Northern Poland few weeks after the opening of its newly built Campanile and Premiere Classe Wroclaw Centrum. Golden Tulip Miedzyzdroje Residence will welcome guests in that top Polish seaside resort destination. It will be located in the picturesque area at the Baltic Sea, near a long and sandy beach, 10 minutes from the city centre and in the neighborhood of all local attractions.
Golden Tulip Miedzyzdroje Residence includes 110 spacious modern apartments, a restaurant, a bar & lounge, two equipped conference rooms, spa facilities and a large underground parking.
With that new addition to its portfolio, Louvre Hotels Group has now in Poland two Golden Tulip, nine Campanile and two Premiere Classe for a total of about 1,500 rooms. The development results from a fruitful cooperation with a strategic partner Qualia Development, part of PKO Bank Polski. In a joint pipeline between Louvre Hotels Group and Qualia Development, there are 6 other projects to be located in diverse cities such as Warsaw, Gdansk/Sopot or Zakopane.
Matthieu Evrard, Chief Development Officer of Louvre Hotels Group underlined that “The Group is delighted to see the first new-built project with Qualia opening only few months after the Strategic Franchise Partnership Agreement signed between the two groups”.
Louvre Hotels Group is pursuing its dynamic development in Central Europe and plan to develop about 15 new hotels in Poland and also to open in the near future new units in Lithuania and Ukraine.
