Interesting attempt by Frank Knight to define luxury hotels. The necessity of them doing it (and they are the guys who sell these properties) shows how out of line the star rating systme has become with the realities of proper 5 star luxury service.
Too many hotels are currently being awarded 5 star status that they deserve neither on facilities offered nor on the quality of service given.
