In a bold and exciting move JAB ANSTOETZ has relocated to a more than 1,300sqm showroom in Imperial Wharf, London becoming the German fabric house’s European flagship store.Launched on March 18 2010, the showroom is the first JAB ANSTOETZ street level showroom in the UK, serving both UK and international clients.

JAB ANSTOETZ has made this investment as the next step in the evolution of the company within the UK market. For the last 15 years JAB ANSTOETZ has been located within the Design Centre Chelsea Harbour and before that on Wigmore Street in London. The larger showroom and offices in the Imperial Wharf development have been chosen as the perfect location for the new ‘destination’ showroom designed to attract designers and the public.

JAB ANSTOETZ worked with interior designers James Geekie and Simon Cavelle on the spectacular showroom, which features 4.5m high ceilings, meeting spaces for designers and their clients, light boxes for testing and viewing fabrics, Wi-Fi connectivity and beautiful design features to showcase JAB ANSTOETZ’s vast range of fabrics. Interior fit out was completed by specialists Cameron Black. Other appealing features for visitors are the customer parking facilities and the new rail transport links at Imperial Wharf.

JAB International Furnishings Limited, managing director, Michael Constable said: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to relocate to our new flagship showroom at Imperial Wharf. The quality of the development linked with the new rail station persuaded us to move from Chelsea Harbour. The building is perfect for our design led products and displays.”

JAB ANSTOETZ is one of the world’s leading furnishing fabric houses, established in 1946 in Bielefeld, Germany and is still 100 per cent family owned. JAB ANSTOETZ’s core beliefs are to offer its clients a high stock level, with millions of metres of fabric in stock at any one time, and a huge choice
