Ideal Standard, a leading provider of innovative and design-driven bathroom solutions, reinforces their focus on hotels with the launch of its new hotel solutions brochure and design planning service for hotel specifiers at the Bath Room, Ideal Standard’s bathroom design studio in Clerkenwell, London. Following in-depth market research, Ideal Standard has gained a great understanding of the specific needs of the hotel industry. The research has shown that there is a real demand for a company that can offer a complete solution to all areas of hotel bath rooms. Ideal Standard has therefore brought to market a new strategy based on the “one solution, one supplier, one maintenance package” approach.

Tony Rheinberg, Ideal Standard Marketing Manager commented, “We understand what hoteliers want to include in a bathroom. There is no ‘one size fits all’ hotel bathroom solution and that is why it is important to be flexible. We can do everything from high-end guest rooms to spas to public washrooms. Our new hotel brochure brings together everything you will need in one place, whether you are designing a 10 or 500 bedroom hotel.”

Ideal Standard’s design studio, the Bath Room, in London offers hotel specifiers a chance to see and plan their bathroom and washrooms and provides a 3D visual design service as well as a free of charge mock up area. Specifiers can also see a real-life demonstration of a hotel en-suite setting, and the Gerloff shower and bath system, which incorporates a unique sound, steam and lighting showering experience.

The new brochure brings together a broad range of products for the hotel sector and has been designed to work for all types of hotels. It is the only solution brochure directly aimed at the hotel sector within the UK and offers an extensive collection of products, credentials, industry insights and design resources. The benefits of the hotel guide are vast and range from offering style tips for guests rooms to advice on maintenance and cleaning. The book delivers all the information required to get the most from any area of hotel bathroom design.

Ideal Standard has also introduced a new basin range named Strada which is featured in the brochure. The Strada vessel basin (pictured) is highly suitable for hotels and has been designed with a contemporary luxury look and modern style to suit high-end hotel design.
