Bespoke hotel management company Inverlochy Castle Management International (ICMI) has announced Alladale Wilderness Reserve as the latest addition to its ever-growing portfolio of properties.Situated in Sutherland, the Alladale Reserve is owned by Paul Lister and offers guests the opportunity to stay in luxurious Highland lodges whilst enjoying the rustic experience of the wildlife reserve.
The property boasts three lodges within its 23,000 acres, two self-catering lodges as well as the exclusive Alladale Lodge.
The Alladale Lodge is a private house which accommodates 14 people in its seven lavish en suite bedrooms. It is let on an exclusive basis, providing guests with attentive staff, exquisite food and a wealth of country charm.

The group of industry experts include Albert Roux OBE, KFO, who owns Le Gavroche in London, which was the first restaurant in the UK to be awarded with three Michelin stars. The management company has grown to win national acclaim, being awarded Hotel Consultancy of the Year in both 2010 and 2011.
The Reserve gives guests the opportunity to take advantage of the stunning location and partake in outdoor activities including bird watching, fishing and country walks.
