Professionals in the soft furnishings industry can now track the latest news from Cliq Designs on Twitter.The Preston based soft furnishings designer and manufacturer has created a page on the social networking site at http://twitter.com/cliqdesigns that will enable the company to issue news and information on a targeted basis.
Cliq’s Twitter feed will include news about new products and new contracts. It will also feature images of exemplar work manufactured by the company for clients.
Cliq Designs, managing director, Adam Bolton says that using Twitter is a natural extension to the company’s communications programme.
“There’s an increasing level of diversity in how it’s possible to gather information on what’s happening in the industry”, says Bolton. “At the same time, it’s also more important to provide an ongoing news stream for those people who are particularly interested in what we’re doing. We think that the Twitter feed will play a part in helping us achieve these goals.”
