Aruba Marriott completes last phase of renovation

    The Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino has now finished the last phase of its US$50 million (£33 million) renovation. The Resort’s fully renovated rooms are the most spacious (400sq feet) on the island, each offering Marriott’s Revive bedding, contemporary bathrooms, 37’’ LCD flat-panel TVs and large private balconies.

    Occupying the entire 8th floor of Marriott’s Aruba hotel, the exclusive Tradewinds Club is an upscale hotel-within-a-hotel concept: designed to indulge discerning guests with upgraded amenities, it offers five daily dining presentations in the private lounge, a member-only beach area and full access to the Tradewinds Concierge Service.

    As part of the hotel’s extensive refurbishment, the newly reopened 180,000-gallon free-form pool has been resurfaced, with its rock formations restored, new LED energy-efficient lighting installed and the pool bar upgraded.
