Skopos Studio supports and strengthens the full printed fabric offer from Skopos and has already proved itself to be an outstanding success. A different way of doing things, Skopos Studio presents each design as an individual ingredient to be considered as a part of the overall scheme with other patterns, textures and weaves, and room components, allowing the designer to specify with confidence.

The Skopos Studio binder sits in many designers’ libraries as a ‘go-to’ tool for designing and specifying schemes across hospitality, leisure and other residential (including care) environments. Studio designs can find their way onto furniture, curtains, bedding, cushions and blinds; with a vast choice of flame retardant base-cloth options, covering velvets, blackouts, linen effect and even antimicrobial upholstery choices, making apt interior statements within different schemes and matching project budget requirements. New base-cloths are continually being developed, with new velvets for drapery, chunky upholstery weaves and new blackout qualities among the latest options.

Skopos has been building up the Studio Library since the end of 2025, and recognised the obvious popularity of particular patterns, with many schemeboards produced and built around key designs within the binder. The latest designs to be included each have a unique fit within hotel schemes:

Poole stripe is based on the classical deckchair stripe, but has been given a contemporary twist through use of colour and texture withinin the stripe. Eycatching on cushions, bedding and furniture, this stripe can strengthen a coastal theme, or add structure to a classical interior.

Alongside Poole is Anthiea, a crewel-work inspired floral, a classical twisting, organic design with Jacobean roots. This mid-scale design translates onto soft furnishings within a room, to add a relaxed vibe.

Maranta, a beautifully elegant textured herringbone design. This design fits beautifully into numerous schemes, providing extra layering within the room.

Providing a confident statement, Xanadu, a dramatic disruptor, a flame-stitch design, is perfect for hosptality furniture, cushions or public area curtains; anything that wants to be noticed!

Skopos Studio brings together unique designs, created in house, by the talented Skopos design team. Each design has been lovingly developed, based on trend research and produced for its likely fit into contract spaces. All Skopos basecloths are flame retardant and tested against the stringent requirements for use in commercial settings.

Loose samples can be ordered immediately via skoposfabric.com, or customers can request a sample binder and separate cards, to fit into their design libraries.
