Traditionally held in Manchester, MEET UP North has become a standout event in the A&D calendar. But in 2025, Hotel Designs is mixing things up. On 9th July, the networking event heads to a new northern hub – Liverpool – taking over a private space at BOXPARK. Expect the same vibrant energy in a city renowned for its culture, creativity, and design flair. Early bird tickets are now available until 14th May – donโt miss your chance to secure a great deal.

In an exciting collaborative first, MEET UP North is joining forces with the Design Festival North exhibition – a UK-touring showcase that champions innovation and connection within the industry. The timing is perfect: MEET UP North will take place on the evening of the final day of Design Festival Northโs Liverpool edition, giving attendees the chance to enjoy a full day of inspiration and networking, followed by our signature social gathering.
As ever, the evening will feature drinks, food, dancing, and engaging content as well as great conversation. Hotel Designs Editor Sophie Harper will return to host one of the eventโs highlights – a live panel discussion with leading voices in the design world.
This yearโs talk continues our new Accessible Design Talks series, an initiative that began as a response to increasing conversations within the community around inclusive and accessible design.

Having spoken with individuals directly affected by physical disability, we recognised a growing need to shine a light on the barriers and breakthroughs in this space. These talks aim to address common challenges, share expert insights, and encourage meaningful progress in how we think about inclusive environments.
The first of these discussions debuts at the Interior Design & Architecture Summit, with MEET UP North hosting the second instalment of what promises to be a powerful ongoing conversation.

Early bird tickets for MEET UP North are available now until 14th May. Currently, buyer tickets are ยฃ20 +VAT, while supplier tickets are reduced to ยฃ99 +VAT, so if you want to secure your place at the event for the best price, donโt wait to buy your tickets.
After the early bird promotion ends, tickets for designers, architects, hoteliers and developers will inflate to ยฃ30 + VAT and ยฃ150 + VAT for suppliers.
