In an agreement with Belgrade Waterfront LLC, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. have announced that two W properties are scheduled to open in Belgrade, Serbia in 2019.W Belgrade and The Residences at W Belgrade will be located in the heart of the Belgrade Waterfront, a new one million square meter community including retail outlets, restaurant and bars, offices, public parks and leisure attractions.

Featuring 120 stylish guest rooms and suites, the W Belgrade is centrally located on the waterfront with spectacular views overlooking the Sava River. The hotel will also offer an all-day dining venue, a destination bar and W Living Room. Other facilities will include a Spa, state-of-the-art fitness facility and a pool deck and bar. W Belgrade will feature more than 450 square meters of ultra-modern meeting and event space.
The Residences at W Belgrade
With 165 luxurious branded residential apartments spanning across two towers, apartment sizes range between 55 to 100 square meters and residents may enjoy access to the facilities and services at W Belgrade.
