Total renovation of the 105-room Hampton Inn & Suites Legacy Park-Frisco has been completed, announced Larry Daniels, Vice President/General Manager of HRI Lodging (HRIL), the hotel management firm previously retained by new owners Carey Watermark Investors Incorporated (CWI) earlier this year. The Dallas-area hotel is part of a five-hotel package that CWI purchased within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio of brands. Following the acquisition of the Hampton Inn & Suites Legacy Park-Frisco, HRI Lodging and its construction affiliate completed the renovation program already underway, renewing all public areas of the hotel and its guestrooms.

All guestrooms were completely refurbished, with new carpet, furniture, wall coverings, vanities, artwork, closet doors and plumbing fixtures. Bedding in every guestroom was upgraded to Hampton Inn’s exclusive Cloud Nine® sleep package.

“Carey Watermark and HRI Lodging are committed to meeting the very highest standards of comfort and service for every guest of every hotel we operate,” said Daniels. “The extensive renovation of this property demonstrates that our two firms back their promises with actions that benefit every one of our guests and associates,” Daniels added.

The first phase of the renovation focused on the public areas to create Hampton Inn’s Perfect Mix® lobby concept. The initial effort also incorporated the Jump Start® fitness center and meeting rooms.

The Hampton Inn & Suite Legacy Park-Frisco is located in an affluent north Dallas neighborhood centrally located to shopping, sports venues, local businesses and corporations. The hotel offers free high-speed Internet access, a free hot breakfast and a complimentary manager’s reception including appetizers and beverages Monday through Wednesday evenings.
