Europe-based hospitality real estate developer and investor, Omnam Group, has appointed Maria Wojtowicz as Head of Creative. With a strong creative vision and a passion for immersive, experience-led design, Wojtowicz is set to spearhead the creative direction and development of Omnam Design studio of the group’s properties, supporting its continued growth as it expands its portfolio of luxury hospitality and branded residential projects across Europe and internationally.
Former Associate Lead Designer at Azumi Group and Design Manager at AvroKO, she brings over twelve years of international experience in delivering luxury hospitality interiors, which range from hotels, private members’ clubs, award-winning restaurants and landmark mixed-use developments. In her new role, Wojtowicz will oversee Omnam’s creative direction, leading interior design across the group’s growing pipeline while collaborating closely with world-renowned operators, architects and consultants.
This appointment reflects Omnam’s continued investment in strengthening its in-house design capabilities, enabling the group to shape projects from the earliest stages of acquisition and concept development through to delivery and guest experience.
Maria Wojtowicz is known for her multidisciplinary approach to hospitality design. Drawing on an early background in theatre, she places particular emphasis on the sensory qualities of design, using materiality, colour, focus, and light to create immersive environments that foster emotional connection and lasting memories.
Throughout her career, she has led the design of several internationally recognised hospitality projects, including The Conrad Athens and the adjoining House of NYNN Members Club, Serra Restaurant at The Chancery Rosewood London, Zuma Vail in Colorado, and Le Bar Américain at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. Her portfolio spans luxury hotels across Europe, private members’ clubs, fine dining and bar concepts, Harrods food halls and high-end residential developments.
“Luxury hospitality today is about creating meaningful experiences and leaving an emotional imprint that resonates with guests long after they leave.”, said Maria Wojtowicz, Head of Creative, Omnam Group. “The most successful spaces are those that evoke emotion, respectfully and authentically respond to their physical and socio-cultural setting, and tell a compelling story through every design decision. Omnam’s commitment to creating culturally relevant destinations made this an incredibly exciting opportunity, and I look forward to helping shape the next generation of projects across the group’s growing international portfolio.”
Since establishing Omnam Design Studio, the group has integrated design into its development strategy, creating distinctive hospitality experiences that combine architectural heritage with contemporary luxury. The studio works across Omnam’s portfolio of hotels, branded residences and lifestyle destinations, collaborating with leading international operators while ensuring each project reflects its cultural context and unique sense of place.
“Design has always been central to Omnam’s philosophy,” said David Zisser, Founder & CEO of Omnam Group. “As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re investing in exceptional creative talent that allows us to shape projects from the earliest stages and deliver destinations with a clear identity and long-term value. Maria brings an extraordinary combination of international hospitality expertise, creative vision and operational understanding, making her an invaluable addition to the team.”
Maria Wojtowicz joins Omnam at a significant period of growth for the company, with a portfolio that includes luxury hospitality developments and branded residences across Italy, France and wider Europe. Her appointment further reinforces the group’s commitment to design excellence as a defining element of its long-term development strategy.
