Developed by Selene International, in partnership with Dream Hotel Group, Dream Palm Springs will be a driving force in the ongoing revitalisation of downtown Palm Springs.

Located on the corner of Amado Road and Calle Alvarado, the 169-room hotel pairs executive architect Oswaldo D. Lopez with Hirsch Bender Associates (HBA) for design and is expected to open with 30 private residences, multiple experiential dining and nightlife venues and more than 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space in late 2019.

The groundbreaking ceremony for this exciting $100 million development took place this week, and featured Mayor Robert Moon as keynote speaker, as well as key members of the Dream team, developer Lauri Kibby and Dream Hotel Group CEO Jay Stein, among others.

The opening of Dream Palm Springs is part of a larger economic development plan for the city of Palm Springs. With more visitors in recent history, the city is experiencing unprecedented economic growth. Dream Palm Springs is expected to generate tax revenue and create new jobs, while also offering the growing residential and business communities a new reason to work and play in the neighborhood surrounding downtown Palm Springs.

Dream Palm Springs will open with 169 rooms, 30 private residences, multiple restaurants and bars, and more than 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space in late 2019. Ideally situated in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, the hotel”s presence will contribute to an important area of the city. It will support the local community and the 12.9 million tourists that come to Coachella Valley each year, adding another unique facet to Palm Spring”s iconic downtown district.
