Impact Acoustic is a Swiss company specialising in the manufacture and design of acoustic products based on upcycled materials.

All products are based on the high-performance acoustic material range, ARCHISONIC. With the power to influence mood, evoke a feeling and even tell a story, colour is integral to the development of all three of our ARCHISONIC materials. The unique colour collection was created in partnership with Colour Hive, a London-based trend agency, which understands the evolving and enduring nature of colours.

ARCHISONIC Felt, available in 32 colours, is the environmentally friendly acoustic solution made from recycled plastic bottles. Instead of extracting new material, the product relies on the upcycling of used plastic bottles.

When it comes to solving acoustic challenges in small or narrow spaces, it can be difficult to find a solution that doesn’t take up precious floor space. Fortunately, acoustic panels offer an effective and space-saving solution for restaurants, bars, lobby or hotel rooms. With an extensive range of standard and bespoke products, Impact Acoustic ignites designers’ creativity and imagination.

ARCHISONIC Textile is the latest addition to the wide range of sustainable acoustic solutions. The eco-friendly fabric solution is made of 100 per cent rPET. In an effort to promote sustainability, Textile can be returned at the end of its lifecycle. The team at Impact Acoustic then process it into a darker yarn that is used in the product series of acoustic curtains, closing the product loop.

ARCHISONIC Cotton is another innovative solution to the problem of sound absorption. 100 per cent of the sound absorbers can be returned to the production process, making it fully recyclable. The main component of the material is cellulose derived from cotton linters, a by-product of the cotton industry that would otherwise be discarded.
