InterContinental Hotels Group has announced the signing of Holiday Inn Warsaw – City Centre. The hotel will operate under a management agreement with UBM, who own a number of IHG hotels including InterContinental Warsaw.
Due to open in early 2018, the 254-room hotel is just 500 metres from the Palace of Culture and Science and Zlote Tarasy – a commercial, office and entertainment complex. It is less than a ten minute walk away from the city’s main train station and a 20 minute drive from Warsaw Chopin International Airport, making it very accessible to the city centre.
Holiday Inn Warsaw — City Centre will be the first Holiday Inn hotel in Poland to feature the brand’s signature Open Lobby with a 24hr restaurant and bar. The Holiday Inn Open Lobby has transformed the traditional hotel lobby format by combining the front desk, restaurant, bar, lounge area and business centre into one open, cohesive space, while refreshing the design to give it a more contemporary feel.
There are currently six IHG hotels in Poland including InterContinental Warsaw, Holiday Inn Bydgoszcz, Holiday Inn Krakow City Centre, Holiday Inn Warsaw — Jozefow, Holiday Inn Lodz and Holiday Inn Express Warsaw Airport.
