Hilton Garden Inn has announced the opening of the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Downtown, a 171-Room hotel located in a mixed-use project within Dallas’ well-known LTV building, historically significant for its contribution to national banking and business as well as many architectural milestones.HRI Properties, LLC – the hotel’s owner – has invested $80 million renovating the property and features a 24-hour business centre, state-of-the-art fitness centre, outdoor pool with relaxing sundeck and 32-story unique high-rise tower offering stunning views of the Dallas skyline. The hotel also features more than 5,000 square feet of flexible meeting space overlooking the cityscape, lush greenery and iconic Thanks-giving Square.
Dining options include the Shelby Hall Restaurant & Bar which offers seasonal Southern cuisine with a modern twist, signature cocktails, and evening room service. The Pavilion Pantry® is open 24 hours and features a complete selection of salty snacks, sweet treats, cold beverages, and frozen, microwaveable packaged items.
All 171 guest rooms feature a spacious work desk with an ergonomic desk chair, mini fridge, microwave oven and Keurig coffee maker.
