Dora Hospitality is pleased to announce the opening of the Souris Valley Suites of Minot ND, Minot’s newest extended stay hotel. “We are proud to welcome the Souris Valley Suites to the Dora Hospitality family of fine hotels,” said Robert Dora, president of Dora Hospitality. “The hotel adds to our inventory of great North Dakota hotels, and Minot is a market where we believe this hotel will thrive.”

Dora Hospitality is already the largest operator of extended stay rooms in North Dakota. The Hotel is designed using Dora’s experience serving North Dakota extended stay guests and will contain the features that guests want, evoking memories of National Park Lodges, while incorporating contemporary features that provide accessible comfort for business travelers and families alike.

“I am very proud of all the hard work that the Souris Valley Suites staff & contractors have put into getting the hotel open,” stated Terry Alexander, General Manager.

The Souris Valley Suites offers 89 spacious guest suites that are comprised of both studio and one-bedroom suites each with its own fully equipped kitchen, executive desk, DVD players, and recliners. The fitness center and guest laundry are open around the clock, and guests can take advantage of the 24-hour Valley Market, where they will find snacks, refreshments, entrees and necessities. The Souris Valley Suites offers a daily hot breakfast, featuring items such as omelets, biscuits and gravy as well as fruit, cold cereals and pastries. The Bakken Lounge is open daily and will offer a wide variety of bottled beer and wine by the glass or the bottle. Guests of Souris Valley Suites will enjoy the warm and cozy Lodge style atmosphere throughout the entire property. A public open house will be scheduled for later this summer.
