Rezidor have announced the opening date for the second Hotel Missoni. The second property is located close to the main shopping area of Kuwait City, overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
A part of the Symphony Centre, an adjacent luxury boutique shopping emporium, the hotel is ideally situated for many of Kuwait’s attractions. Hotel Missoni Kuwait property will also offer guests a Six Senses Spa.
Located adjacent to the hotel’s outdoor pool, tiled in the signature Missoni stripe and will enjoy views over the Arabian Gulf, the 1500 square metre spa will be open to hotel guests and non-residents and will offer a full range of beauty treatments including the signature Six Senses treatments.
Spearheaded by Hotel Missoni Creative Director, Rosita Missoni and Rezidor CEO Kurt Ritter, the partnership is creating a distinctive blend of fashion, function, form and service that adds up to a new genre of genuinely luxurious hotels.
Graven Images, the design practice that worked on the interiors of the first Missoni in Edinburgh (see below for our link to the Review) has worked directly with Missoni, The Rezidor Hotel Group and CRC during the last four years on the development and delivery of the interiors after outline concepts were developed by designer Matteo Thun with Rosita Missoni.
Hotel Missoni Kuwait features 169 rooms including 63 suites, all with views over the Gulf, as well as the fabulous Cucina and Luna restaurants, Choco Café with outdoor terrace, Six Senses Spa and fitness room, large outdoor pool and refresh bar, events and meeting spaces with a ballroom and an outdoor terrace.
