Celebrated chef Jean-Marc Banzo offers a culinary experience in two distinct places within the hotel. Le Clos is a gourmet Mediterranean restaurant of just 40 seats with the motto, “the pleasure of the palate.” The chic bistro Le Comptoir du Clos features a sun drenched terrace from which to take in stunning views of Provence.
