The luxury hotel is due to open later this year, with a manor house and six mansions.The manor house will be set out over three levels and will feature 23 premiere rooms, six doubles, one room designed specifically for disability access, along with two junior suites, two executive suites and one grand palm suite.
The low rise mansions will feature 24 premiere rooms, 12 doubles, 16 junior suites and six executive suites. The mansions will also house eight junior suites and three executive suites which will have pools.
The One&Only The Palm spa will be set over 1,200sqm and will have six treatment suites, two couple suites, one of which will have a private Hammam and rasul. The property will have a 120sqm gym and juice bar, as well a tennis court and 850sqm pool.
