A total remodelling of the lobby area at Centara Villas Samui has now been completed. The new design uses lighter tones that complement the natural setting and the traditional Thai design of the resort. The remodelling is part of ongoing upgrades designed to enhance the guest’s holiday experience with the new lobby providing a warm and welcoming arrival.“As our lobby faces out over the landscaped gardens to the ocean we selected a lighter look to enhance the vibrant colours of the sea, sky and tropical surroundings. The new custom-built furniture and feature lighting now make our lobby and bar area a beautiful place to gather and relax at any time of the day or night” says Scott Bowen, General Manager of Centara Villas Samui.
Centara Villas Samui is set on the southern tip of the island, near the traditional fishing village of Hua Tanon, and has its own frontage on Natien Beach. There are 102 Southern Thai style villas, of which 60 have were renovated in late 2011. Each villa has its own private terrace, and many offering private swimming pools or outdoor Jacuzzis.
The resort is just 15 minutes from Lamai Beach, and 30 minutes from Chaweng Beach.
Other than relaxing on the beach, the resort’s leisure activities include three freshwater swimming pools, and a Spa Cenvaree tucked away in a rainforest setting.
