Limes Hotel and Rooftop Bar is turning three in style by unveiling their new retractable roof, meaning Brisbane’s best and brightest can enjoy their soiree destination of choice in all weather.Owner and General Manager Damian Griffith has invited Brisbane’s sophisticated social set to join him for the party of the year which will also launch the bar’s new season bar and cocktail menus.

“It’s going to be our best bash yet, a really top end party and a chance to say thank you to our loyal customers who have gone on this journey with us over the last three years,” Mr Griffiths said.

Griffiths said the opportunity to show the changes to the venue and to the menu was doubly exciting. “The refit means we can take full advantage of our subtropical climate and not have to worry about storms, we’ll also have a new bar on the open air cinema side and open the kitchen up, so you can see what’s being created behind the scenes,” he said. Added to this is the new provincial menu from Chef Warwick Leese and cocktail menu from Bar Manager Blake Coote who’s just back from a stint in Dubai. “We know our customers look forward to the change of season as much as we do… and we’re truly excited to take things to the next level for them as we enter our third year.”

Limes is fresher than ever with the flexibility of an open-air or enclosed venue, more bar options than ever and world-class bar and cocktail menus. “We don’t want to live up to people’s expectations, we want to exceed them every time… watch this space because there’s more to come for Limes.”
