The luxury accommodation brand Roomzzz Aparthotel, known for their dedication to innovative expansion techniques are riding high on the crest of the wave securing a flurry of new franchise partners. The timely accreditation comes with the announcement revealing the location of two new Roomzzz Aparthotel sites in Bristol and East London. The two new sites will operate as franchises of the original Yorkshire brand.

Two new sites will take the Roomzzz Aparthotel brand to 6 locations nationwide. Originating in Leeds the brand established in 2006 and remains steadfast with their strategic positioning in the hospitality industry.

The brand has made a documented impact within the industry from a design point of view, as well as being a serious innovator in the industry from an operations perspective. Their aim to change the way a brand, which falls into the ‘affordable’ bracket is perceived, has been achieved through Roomzzz ethos and high standards since launch.

The goal to roll out a franchise model has now been progressed to become a reality with two new partners confirmed the sites will open in 2011 and 2012 respectively. Both sites occupy prime locations with one in East London near to the Olympic stadium and one in the centre of Bristol. The sites have been carefully chosen to relate to audiences looking for affordable yet luxury boutique accommodation solutions in City center locations.

Mark Walton, Head of Roomzzz Aparthotel UK comments ‘Our ability to adapt within the market place and economic climate has, and always will be our strength. Our investment into recognising our audience is substantial and we use this knowledge to stay progressively ahead in the industry. The Roomzzz Aparthotel franchise model has already been very well accepted and we are in discussions with several more franchisee partners to take the brand site total into double figures for 2012 and 2013 and could see us expanding into Europe’.

Walton continues, ‘Our model fits extremely well into developed schemes which are currently empty. The majority of our future partners moving forwards into 2012 and 2013 see Roomzzz Aparthotel as a viable solution to populate empty properties and turn them into profitable businesses. 2011 is an exciting time for us as this formula will come into its own’.

Roomzzz Aparthotel has full accreditation from the British Franchise Association, the single regulatory body for franchising in the UK.
