Hilton Worldwide announces the opening of the new-build 207-room Hilton Lima Miraflores – the company’s first managed hotel in Peru and the flagship brand’s first Hilton Hotels & Resorts hotel in the country. Located 11 miles from the international airport in an upscale area of Lima known for its shopping, gardens and fine dining, the sophisticated Hilton Lima Miraflores brings a new level of design and service to the neighborhood. With a focus on delivering genuine Hilton hospitality and providing guests with a luxurious yet warm environment, the hotel delivers a thoughtful combination of discerning service standards and local aesthetics.

Guests of Hilton Lima Miraflores will be inspired by the hotel’s design, which plays tribute to Peruvian history and architecture. Upon arrival in the inviting lobby and throughout the hotel’s public areas, guests immediately connect to the country’s colonial period, depicted by a carpet pattern representative of the historical era, and handmade tiles that reference different areas of the city.

Featuring 207 rooms, including 44 executive rooms, 17 suites and a presidential suite, the 11-story Hilton Lima Miraflores consistently reflects sophistication, modern décor infused with Peruvian elements. All guest rooms and corridors feature individually created lattice woodwork, a key element that highlights the hotel’s identity and desire to inspire memorable experiences for guests. Similar to the carpet design, the wooden pieces of art illustrate the balconies of the 18th century, whereby ladies could see outside their windows but passersby could not see inside a home. All rooms also feature the Hilton Serenity Collection™ of amenities including plush bedding, high-definition flat screen television, alarm clock with MP3 player connection, wired and wireless internet access and more, while guests staying in an executive room or suite enjoy the added benefit of the hotel’s concierge service and rooftop executive lounge, offering light snacks and beverages throughout the day.

Dining also plays an important role at Hilton Lima Miraflores, as guests can enjoy Social, the hotel’s signature restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring Peruvian American fusion fare with local cuisine and ingredients. In the evening, the hotel’s lobby bar opens onto a street-level terrace, offering guests and locals a place to unwind in the city. This first Hilton hotel in Peru is also near a thriving culinary scene including four new restaurants by renowned local chefs, making it ideal for the gastronomy enthusiast.

The hotel provides a great base for events and business travellers, with more than 12,000 square feet of meeting space including nine meeting rooms, a business centre and a nearly 3,700 square foot ballroom that will accommodate 430 people. A rooftop terrace offers guests stunning views of Lima and the sea, while recreation options are completed by a rooftop heated outdoor swimming pool, two whirlpools and Hilton Fitness gym.
