Hilton Coylumbridge has recently announced completion of a £1.1 million refurbishment and upgrade programme to its Grant Restaurant. Guests will now be able to enjoy the completely re-designed Inverdruie Restaurant, which replaces the former space in the Highland property. The new restaurant, which serves classic British and European dishes, also features a stunningly redesigned glass frontage, perfect for taking in the sights of the beautiful Aviemore countryside.

Head chef, Frank Morrissey has taken the opportunity to refresh the restaurant menu, focusing on family favourites to accommodate the many parents and children who choose to holiday at the popular resort, located at the heart of the Cairngorms National Park.

The 320-cover restaurant has been fully re-modelled including the installation of new fixtures and fittings, fresh décor and a brand new look and feel to the space, which is used for breakfast, lunches and dinner. The interior design was completed by Cunningham McLean.

The investment follows the recent installation of a brand new £210k gym. Open to hotel and lodge guests, the new gym combines the very best in state-of-the-art exercise equipment, complete with entertainment screens. The gym has been installed to offer a 21st century interactive experience for guests at Hilton Coylumbridge optimising their workout programs.
