Hot on the heels of the launch of their futuristic Spa Tower, Grand Resort Bad Ragaz has now opened eight newly refurbished Suites at the Hotel Quellenhof. Designed by Claudio Carbone, the Suites have a sumptuous, grand feel with all furniture, linens and floorings having been replaced. Having closed in October 2010, the eight 80 m² Suites at Hotel Quellenhof have had the ultimate make-over over the winter at a cost of 600,000 Euros. The new Suites now have a refined, luxurious appearance, designed with guest rest and relaxation being the number one priority. Each Suite comprises a separate lounge and bedroom, a generously sized marble-granite bathroom and its own balcony with views of the dramatic mountain panorama or the green parks surrounding the property. Every imaginable 21st century creature comfort has been thought of – including the latest Bang & Olufsen 32 inch BeoVision10 televisions which have made their worldwide hotel debut at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. Guests have not one but two of these cutting edge screens in their Suite!
According to interior designer Claudio Carbone, who was also responsible for the design of the Resort’s Spa Tower in 2009, his hallmark is his “emotional approach”. Carbone commented “My goal was to create an atmosphere in which guests will instantly feel comfortable. The warmth and harmony of the new Quellenhof Suites was achieved by a careful choice of fine materials as well as a considered muted colour scheme.”
