Hastings based electrical accessory manufacturer, Focus SB, has launched a new website that brings more user-friendly navigation, new project galleries and up-to-date stock checks every 30 minutes.The first major upgrade to its site in many years, Focus SB’s large range is split into three sections -Contractor, Designer and Luxury – so customers can more easily select a range that suits their requirements and budgets.
Managing Director of Focus SB Roger Kemp believes the new look site will encourage more of its existing customers to check stock levels and enquire: “We have improved the old site quite significantly and made it as user friendly as possible,” he says. “Our aim is to be able to direct more of our customers online to order and check that we have the products they require in stock. The online forum is another way we are trying to help our customers by assisting anyone with an installation query.”
The Projects Gallery features interesting or noteworthy installations of products across a range of projects, including many of the major work being carried out in hotels across London and the South East.
Technical support is also available at the site via an online forum for anyone with installation issues or queries.
The whole site is now searchable making navigation far easier from any page, and the complete range of product brochures are available to view online as ebrochures or download as PDF.
