Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla, a 208-room upscale business hotel spread over 2.1 acres, is reaching final stages of completion.The hotel, which is part of Intercontinental Hotel Group chain, is located in South Delhi near to the Indira Gandhi International Airport.
The property’s general manager, Barun Jolly said: “Most of the construction has already been completed including the lobby, meeting rooms, ball rooms, two restaurants, the French Patisserie, guest rooms and back of the house. Other than these, we will also be launching nine meeting room options that can accommodate 10 to 400 guests at a time.”
Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla, has released renderings and will boast of as high as 60 to 65 per cent guest area to receive natural day light, which is one of the highest among hotels in Delhi. This will reduce the electricity consumption in lighting up lobbies etc. in day time, besides adding a distinct freshness to the hotel premises.
