Courtyard by Marriott Opens Fifth Hotel in France

    Courtyard by Marriott has opened its fifth hotel in France, the Courtyard Paris Arcueil. Located in Arcueil, a suburb just south of Paris, the hotel is conveniently located close to the headquarters of many French corporations and situated near numerous public transportation options allowing guests to reach the heart of downtown Paris in just 20 minutes.Amy McPherson, president and managing director for Marriott International in Europe said, “Courtyard is expanding globally at a rapid pace and we are thrilled with the growth of the brand here in Europe. Last year we announced our goal to double our presence in Europe by 2015. Just this year, we expect to open five more Courtyard hotels in Europe in cities including Moscow, Munich and another fabulous addition here in France in Boulogne.”

    The Courtyard Paris Arcueil boasts 170 stylish and sophisticated guestrooms, featuring ergonomic work areas and Wi-Fi. The hotel’s lobby evokes a modern, contemporary feel and gives guests the space and functionality to both work and socialize. For onsite dining, the hotel features Oleo Pazzo, a delightful Mediterranean bistro. In addition, the Courtyard Paris Arcueil boasts a 24-hour market featuring a choice of light meals, snacks and drinks. A 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center is also on-site so guests can maintain their fitness on the road.
