Sitting pretty on the quayside of Bristol’s ‘Floating Harbour’, is the eponymous Bristol Hotel, from the Doyle Collection of Hotels. And what better place to experience Bristol’s maritime history than on the cobbled terrace outside the hotel’s Shore Café Bar. The contemporary outdoor tables and chairs, which complement the building’s modern façade, are from Andy Thornton’s Largo Collection.The Largo features a winning combination of strong aluminium frames in a matt powder-coated finish with black No Wood slatted chair seat and back and table tops. Both chairs and tables are stackable, so can be easily stored when not required.
This synthetic material looks almost identical to wood but without the maintenance. It is extremely durable and light-weight, ideal for use outside hospitality venues such as hotels, restaurants and bars. The material does not crack or split or require regular refinishing, and the surfaces can be simply wiped clean after use.
