Villeroy & Boch is remodelling its project business with a completely new concept and an abundance of customized offers. To launch this concept Villeroy & Boch are proud to announce the opening of their first 360° Projects showroom in London. Cleverly segmented into four stages based on clearly defined pricing levels, each is colour coded to ensure easy navigation through the wide selection of products and innovations available.

360° Projects has been aligned specifically to professional practice and the needs of planners, architects, property developers and investors – and is now opening up new prospects for them in global business.

No matter whether a hotel, private residential construction or public building project: the criteria in the professional project business are different from those in the private end-consumer business. Villeroy & Boch has thus completely remodelled its range of products and services for architects and planners. The integrated concept 360° Projects is geared directly to the requirements, wishes and needs of these professionals. This starts from first communication through to the full portfolio and all stages of service during ongoing projects.

Andreas Pfeiffer, Head of the Bathroom & Wellness Division at Villeroy & Boch, ex-plains: “With 360° Projects planners and architects have a tool that offers them true added value. We will not only be able to communicate in a much improved way with our project customers, but also offer a convincing and coherent product portfolio while providing our expertise and up-to-date services in an optimum way. In this respect we are taking a decisive step forward as regards competitiveness.”

New product diversity, optimally structured

Illustrated by the 360° Projects building, services are considerably improved with the new concept and brought up to date in technological terms. The new range of offers includes a hotline manned by experts for professional target groups with optimized availability times. A QR code on the product labels enables access to technical draw-ings and other relevant product information via smartphone. In addition, the Villeroy & Boch website for professionals is being optimized for smartphones, so that a manual mobile product search at m.villeroy-boch.com is possible. With a 10-year buy-back guarantee for the core products specifiers can rest assured that Villeroy & Boch are 100% committed and confident of the collections and concept.

Andreas Pfeiffer is convinced: “The concept will be inspiring and convincing. Planners and architects will not be the only ones to benefit from 360° Projects. Hotel investors and developers, facility managers and wholesalers will also appreciate the new struc-tures. 360° Projects allows our customers to manage projects of any size in a highly professional manner, with a wide range of products and the best possible service and support: in Germany, Europe and the world – from a football stadium to a luxury ho-tel.”

360° Projects at a glance

360° Orange: the new and surprisingly different entry-level segment – with the customary V&B quality, modern design and numerous solution-oriented features. To mark the launch of the concept, the new ceramic and bath tub collection O.novo are being launched along with the accompanying furniture and shower-separator range, Frame to Frame, as well as a decorative highlight: O.novo Style, which allows customisation of individual pieces.

360° Blue: the segment for lasting and practical system solutions. In addition to successful and time-tested collections such as Omnia architectura there are product innovations such as the splash-reducing urinal, the extremely water-efficient Omnia Green Gain, Aquareduct, SmartFix and more.

360° Silver: if the diversity of a great brand is what counts, this segment pro-vides the solutions – with timeless design products like Subway and many other system collections for the top-quality bathroom.

360° Violet: pure luxury thanks to exclusive and first-class design collections such as Memento, Aveo or La Belle. 360° Violet comprises of prestige products from Villeroy & Boch for use in premium projects – collections that make for top quality and aesthetic variety thanks to the various styles ranging from purism to romantic.
