Destination fine dining chain Lovely Pubs commissioned Birmingham-based Heritage Collection to design and produce a bespoke range of crockery, cutlery and wooden products ahead of the opening of its latest venture, The Queen’s Head, near Bromsgrove.Appointed to create an individual range of products which would complement the restaurant’s dining offering, Heritage Collection worked alongside Lovely Pubs founder, Paul Salisbury, and head chef, Andrew Breen, to produce metalwork and tableware unique to the eatery’s surroundings.

With distinctive design features including The Queen’s Head brand, the collection is perfectly in keeping with the cuisine and boasts wooden platters ideal for serving food straight from the kitchen’s coal oven which creates an authentic ‘smoked’ barbecue flavour.

Anthony McDonagh, director at Heritage Collection, said: “The existing Lovely Pubs restaurants have a great deal of character and charisma so it’s a privilege to be asked to design a collection for what promises to continue the trend and be one of Worcestershire’s top eating destinations.”

Ryan Wilcock, general manager at The Queen’s Head said: “Heritage Collection has created a unique range which suits the personality of our establishment perfectly. Anthony and the team worked hard to incorporate our ideas.”

The Queen’s Head, located on the water’s edge in Sugarbrook Lane, Stoke Pound, is the sixth venture for Warwickshire-based Lovely Pubs and guarantees to offer an exceptional eating and dining experience at a picturesque location.
