Schlüter-LIPROTEC enables both direct and indirect illumination, allowing designers to create a striking visual effect throughout hotel bathrooms, spa facilities, wellness suites, guest bedrooms, reception areas and food and beverage spaces. Whether highlighting feature walls, accentuating bespoke joinery, framing shower enclosures or introducing subtle guidance lighting to corridors and stairways, the range helps bring design concepts to life while maintaining a clean, integrated finish.
Providing significant creative freedom, the system is available with warm white, neutral white and RGB+W LED technology. The RGB+W option incorporates both coloured and white LEDs within a single strip, enabling dynamic colour-changing effects alongside adjustable white light temperatures between 2500K and 6500K. Using Bluetooth-enabled controls and a dedicated app, lighting scenes can be tailored to suit different environments and times of day, from calming spa settings to vibrant hospitality and entertainment spaces.

Developed for use in demanding commercial environments, Schlüter-LIPROTEC LED strips are fully encapsulated and achieve an IP67 rating, making them particularly suitable for wet rooms, bathrooms, shower areas and spa facilities where reliable performance is essential. The Schlüter-LIPROTEC-EASY range offers a convenient plug-and-play solution, while Schlüter-LIPROTEC-PRO provides the flexibility required for larger-scale and bespoke hospitality projects.
Targeted at professional installation and specification, LIPROTEC-PRO enables customised lighting schemes tailored to the needs of individual developments. Available with fixed white light temperatures of 3000K or 4900K, as well as full RGB+W functionality, the system supports the creation of distinctive guest environments that enhance both comfort and visual appeal.

Manufactured from the company’s KERDI-BOARD substrate and incorporating integrated LIPROTEC lighting, these prefabricated, readily waterproofed units create elegant, recessed storage and display areas for hotel bathrooms, spa facilities and premium guest suites. Bluetooth-enabled controls allow light settings to be adjusted easily via compatible smart devices or remote control.
