What is MEET UP London?
MEET UP London is Hotel Designs’ annual UK capital networking event for the UK hospitality and design community. Scheduled for 23rd April 2026 at BOXPARK Shoreditch, this evening event offers a dynamic blend of industry insight and connection through social engagement and, for the first time at our London event, a panel discussion to unite accessibility experts with the design and hospitality industry through our Accessible Design Talks series.
As with 2025’s MEET UP London event, we shall be partnering with Hotel Summit, which will be held during the day at Hilton London Canary Wharf.

*For those who do not qualify as a designer, architect, hotelier, or developer – for example, suppliers – tickets can be purchased for £150 +VAT here. Please note that attendance is on a ‘first come’, ‘first serve’ basis.
18:00: On arrival at the venue, BOXPARK, Shoreditch, you will be greeted by the team at Hotel Designs. They’ll show you to the cloakroom, check you in, and then direct you to where your industry friends and colleagues await – ready for some serious fun, merrymaking and all important networking.
Welcome drinks will be served on arrival and food will be served at two separate intervals during the evening.
19:00: Katy Phillips, Hotel Designs‘ Publisher and Sophie Harper, Hotel Designs‘ Editor will take to the mic with a warm welcome to all those in attendance – stand by, you might get a shout out…
20:00: Sophie Harper will take to the stage, this time accompanied by some special guests to bring you a lively Accessible Design Talk.
