Benoy, the international firm of Architects, Masterplanners, Interior and Graphic Designers, is delighted to announce that its project, Victoria Square, has secured unanimous detailed planning approval from Woking Borough Council. Permission allows for the next stage of this exciting redevelopment to move forward.The truly mixed-use, retail-led development will bring new life and energy to the heart of Woking. Creating a gateway to the town and significantly improving the public realm, Victoria Square is the first new external public space for a generation. The scheme will include an almost 6,000m2 Marks & Spencer store, a 4-Star hotel with conference facilities set within a 21-storey tower, residential apartments housed within a 34-storey tower and a third 30-storey tower, a medical centre and two new public plazas.

The Victoria Square scheme is a key part of the wider Town Centre Masterplan. Being designed over several phases, the company is also responsible for the on-going re-configuration projects within both the Peacock Centre and Wolsey Place.
